We offer flexible layouts for 4 to 35 persons

 

 

Vantage meeting rooms are fully equipped and supported by on-site admin and IT staff, it is available for booking from an hour to full-day by anyone (no matter whether you are an existing Vantage client or not).

We help you set up your meeting room as you need.  If you want an extra table, no worries.  More chairs, not a problem.  We welcome your guests to visit you, we will then notify you their arrival or take them the meeting room.

If you're holding a meeting, running a training session or giving a presentation you've got enough to think about.  We take care of everything for you so that you can just focus on your meeting.  You don't need to worry about the venue, whether the IT and audio visual equipment will work, or whether there will be enough tea and coffee, that's our job.  You can expect flexible pricing on all rental options, smooth bookings, a warm welcome and great service when you arrive. Chilled water and lunch can be served and IT support is around.

Does Vantage provide catering services?


Yes, please discuss with our staff about the event type and choice of desired food, we will send a quotation for you to consider.




Is the Meeting Room rental inclusive of the AV equipment?


Yes, like LCD Projector, Wyteboard and Wifi Access is included.




Can I get access to the venue earlier to setup the space?


Yes, if the space is available and we could offer 15 mins setup time without charge. Beyond that, we will charge according to the extra hour fee.




Can I bring in our own food and beverage?


Yes with applicable service and corkage and cleaning fee depend on your food items and if you require assistance on serving during your event.
